We operate a money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please return the item within 60 days of receiving your order, to our returns address, and leave a note in the package stating what outcome you would like eg. refund, exchange etc. Unfortunately shipping costs are not retrievable, so we are unable to refund return shipping costs, but all exchanges are sent out free of charge.
If you have received the wrong item, or a faulty item, please contact us stating the issue, and send photos of the item you have received. We may be able to arrange for a collection to be made, or a pre-paid label emailing to you, to have the incorrect item returned to us this way.
All items must be returned in original, unused, resalable condition. This includes the shoe boxes that the items come in, please do not apply any tape or labels directly to these boxes!
If the shoe box is not in original condition as when you received it, this voids your rights to a full refund, and the item may be sent back to you, or a partial refund will be issued to cover the costs of repackaging the item.
We recommend sending all items back to us in a mailing bag (as they were sent to you) which prevents any labels/tape being stuck on the shoe boxes. If tape or postage labels are stuck on the shoe box itself, this voids your rights to a full refund, and the item may be sent back to you, or a partial refund will be issued to cover the costs of repackaging.
